Ordering and Subscriptions

🦊How do I place an order?

Ordering is simple! Just choose your meal plan, select
your meals, and check out.  You can do a one-time order or subscribe for 1, 2 or 4 weeks.

🦊Do you offer subscription discounts?

Yes! If you subscribe to the Full Day Plan, you get:
• 10% off for a 2-week subscription
• 20% off for a 4-week subscription

🦊Can I customise my meals?

Yes! You can select meal sizes based on your calorie goals. And of course, let us know about any allergies.

🦊Do I have to subscribe, or can I order once?

We offer both! You can place a one-time order of a minimum of 3 days, or sign up for a flexible weekly subscription which you can cancel any week.

🦊Can I skip a week or pause my subscription?

Absolutely! If you're travelling or just want a break, you can pause your plan through your account settings.

Delivery and Coverage

🦊Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver across the centre of Vienna. Please contact us if you’re in one of the outer Bezirks to see if we serve your area.

🦊What time will my meals arrive?

Deliveries are made between 10:30 and 13:00. You’ll receive a notification when your delivery is on the way.

🦊What should I do with my empty containers and cooler bag?

We’ll pick up yesterday’s bag and containers when we drop off today’s meals. Just hand over the cooler bag, and we’ll swap it for today’s meals!

🦊What should I do if my delivery is late or missing?

Contact our support team at maddie@foxymeals.com or 0670 5050 432, and we’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Meals and Ingredients

🦊Where do you cook your meals?

We cook all our food at Herd Open Kitchen, a professional industrial kitchen. This ensures that all hygiene and food safety standards are followed.

🦊Do you use organic ingredients?

We prioritise organic and locally-sourced ingredients whenever possible.

🦊Do you accommodate food allergies?

We offer allergy-friendly options, but meals areprepared in a shared kitchen. If you have severe allergies, please check theingredient list carefully and let us know.

Payment and Billing

🦊Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards, debit cards, and online payments through Mollie.

🦊When will I be charged?

For one-time orders, you’ll be charged at checkout. Subscriptions are billed every [Billing Cycle] before your delivery.

🦊How do I change or cancel my subscription?

You can manage your subscription easily from your account dashboard. Changes must be made before the weekly order deadline.

🦊Do you offer refunds?

Since our meals are fresh and made to order, we don’t offer refunds.
However, if there’s an issue, contact us and we’ll make it right!

Sustainability and Packaging

We deliver all food in sealed, reusable glass containers and cooler bags to minimise plastic use and keep meals safe.
